Willie needs 2 more oil flasks, and he'll also get 2 flasks of holy water -- he's good on rations.
He's going to leave a couple things on the surface to save a little weight, if he may:
Cloak.
2 daggers.
Hand axe.
His non-warhammer hammer (he figures he can use the warhammer for hammering spikes if needed.)
He'll be armed with warhammer and shield, and will wear his helm and leather armour.

OOC: Recap of inventory updates as I understand them:
Rations are refilled to 7 days, courtesy of the House of Pancakes.
Dougal urges the others to "be prepared!" He double-checks that he is well-stocked with 7 days of rations and 6 flasks of oil.
Kiplyn tops off his consumables. He buys 6 flasks of oil for 12gp and I'll throw in the scones for free. Oil is bulky at 5lb/flask dropping Kip's movement to 9", but that doesn't slow down the party. We can imagine the oil flasks are lashed to the outside of his backpack, and he can drop them if he needs to lighten his load.
Dame Simonetta replenishes 4 flasks of oil for 8gp, bringing her to a total of 6, and 2 flasks of holy water for 48gp.
Wilbur decides to carry an extra week of rations for 15gp. The party was down there such a short time I never bothered to deduct any oil from inventory, so let's say he buys 3 flasks oil for 6gp bringing him to a total of 6. I have my eye on Wilbur's encumbrance; he's at 189 with a movement penalty at 200.
Willie buys 2 oil for 6gp and 2 holy water for 48gp. He leaves his cloak, 2 of his daggers, hand axe, and hammer on the surface.
Any updates to the marching order or list of lantern/torch-bearers?
Does anyone wish to take this opportunity to reset their MYTHOS?

Dame Simonetta actually wanted 4 flasks of Holy Water, were only two available? I won't reset her MYTHOS score at this time.
