Freid holds up the arrows and says, "I was hoping for a bow to go with these arrows. I guess I'll hold on to them until I can find a bow, unless one of you wants them now."

"If you do I'll take the helm." Freid adds, "Oh, and some of this stuff might be magical, so even if we can't use an item someone in the other group might be able to. If nothing else we can sell this stuff if we ever get back to cam, so let's take it all."

A black shield virtually proclaiming faith in the goblin Bleakmass Tradition!

I recall reading about #8 in a cartoon in the dmg - its either a wand allowing the caster to throw various bigby's hand spells, or a +3 backscratcher

Kianna stands guard uneasy watching as the other unwrap gifts, then says, "You all stand guard now please, its my turn for a present".
Kianna will then unwrap upto 3 Bleakmass gifts that look like scroll case shapes. in hopes of a scroll, with a ear listening really for an attack coming. If Kianna hears anything she will stop and grab weapons ready for attack.

If nobody claims the arrows, Freid takes them as well.

"Let's be off, now." Freid says, "The Snorks will be back for another attack soon, I reckon and I'd like to catch up with the rest of the party before that happens."

"They must have taken this other corridor." he says, pointing to the other one, "Let's go down it and see if we can find them."

Making good on his words, Fried leads off down the corridor not taken by this group the first time.

Leudigar claims the sword-shaped belt to go with his new silvered Bleakmass sword with the jet stone since nobody else asks for it.
  1. A pig-iron, boar-tusk faced helm,
  2. A black buckler-shield with white Bleakmass Tree emblem (on Arian's arm),
  3. 19 black-feathered goblin arrows in a Hessian wrap, (lashed to Freid's pack)
  4. A pewter pint-mug styled as a hobgoblin head (stuffed in Zem's pack),
  5. A ring of intertwined iron and silver serpents (shoved in Dopey's pocket),
  6. A traveller's Bleakmass prayer book (digest-sized, 2in thick, black leather),
  7. A black vellum scroll inside an olde bone-scroll tube, (clutched in Kianna's left hand)
  8. A withered claw back-backscratcher, which might once have been a goblin arm,
  9. A gnarled wood walking staff; the top carved as a woeful bald head, (held tight in Faengol's grasp)
  10. A silvered sword with small stones in the hilt (hanging off Leudigar's hip on a belt cut in the shape of a sword),
  11. A cleaver-shaped, pig-iron sword with a goblin-faced basket hilt,
  12. A strip of leather cut into the shape of a sword; its "hilt" a belt buckle. (around Leudigar's waist)
Don't forget to update your character sheet with the item(s) you take. Looks like there is still a helm, a prayer book, a backscratcher(?), and a sword available, if anyone wants something that remains...

Kianna graping for the black vellum scroll inside an olde bone-scroll tube will take the item and pack it away, since no one has claimed it up to now.
Then patting the hobgoblin accountant's purse in her pocket, she resolves to count it when they can rest safely.
