Re: Delve 11 Aftermath

Aldbane would like one of the magic shields, if one is still free.

I'll update his character sheet and pick some spells to memorize for the next delve.

Re: Delve 11 Aftermath

Just noticing that Yarpera had a potion of swiftness which is up for grabs, probably better suited to one of the fighters with a magical weapon.

Re: Delve 11 Aftermath

Franklin offers Albane the +2 shield. He will take the +1 shield for himself, and Yarpera's potion of swiftness. Deal?

Franklin thanks Maloof for deferring on the shield.

@kipper, Franklin would love to be invisible. It's totally on-brand for a hobbit! He would be willing to trade potions with Maloof: either heroism or giant strength, take your pick.
Meh, you can just have the Invisibility potion, I don't really want to trade for it.

acodispo, do you remember where you got that blue torch?
I've just tracked it down: it came from the hand of the statue in the room we've marked #59 on Level 1 of the players' map: viewtopic.php?p=28730#p28730

There was also a golden key. Here's the post where Wiglaff retrieved the items: viewtopic.php?p=31197#p31197

Re: the magic items, I say we give Franklin the Cloak of Elvenkind, and Wiglaff the Boots.

And relatedly, Wiglaff is going to memorize darkvision instead of invisibility for his 2nd level spell. This will allow either Franklin or Wiglaff to go scouting without a light source. With their equipment and racial abilities either one of them would be "nearly invisible" and "[able to] move almost silently."

He'll also purchase a scroll of darkvision from the wizard for 400gp if one is available.

Finally, Wiglaff is happy to contribute 60gp to arm the three dwarf hirelings with crossbows, so that the +1 bolts can be split amongst them (we should also go back to level 2 and see if the rest of the bolts are still there, I don't think we took them all, did we?).

Re: Delve 11 Aftermath

I added all 12 bolts to your supply. You have so few volleys in a fight, it makes sense to use them first and retrieve them afterwards, before using regular bolts. I'd probably give them a 1 in 6 chance of not being usable again, so they should last a long time

Blue torch is basically a "never-go-out" torch

Seems to be a useless key, just put into the statue's hand
