Beringar should take his share, since having every party member well equipped and well fed benefits everyone. And we're talking about less than 1 gp so let's not waste time arguing over it.

This is where it would be nice to have clear definitions of terms like "non-humans" and "man-types".

The term "demi-human" doesn't appear at all in the Heroes & Magic book.
