Re: Delve the Fourteenth

Franklin scurries back to the party and un-invisibles himself. Maloof has the right idea, timing the fire for maximum damage!

Balbo and Drogo are standing by with arrows nocked.

Re: Delve the Fourteenth

That's a great suggestion! Invisible Franklin will spread oil liberally in all directions, so the jellies will be surrounded by flames. Franklin is confident the whole process will be very safe, because the jellies are slow and stupid, but if it seems like they have him cornered, the potion of swift...

Re: (04) The Cathedral

Oh yeah--Tass is alive somehow! How did that happen?? I'll have to go back and re-read the parts I missed. Stern isn't a coward, but he was terrified of those harpies for some reason. He's always had a premonition that someday a flying creature will be the end of him. From Stern's perspective we to...

Re: Delve the Fourteenth

OOC:

My bad on two points! Number one I thought we were at the scorpion room, number two I forgot we don't have Wiglaff's wands of cold and fire any more!

Re: Delve the Fourteenth

Can Franklin see the entirety of the room, or is the other side out of view due to the lighting conditions? Does he see any other exits? Franklin is sure he could sneak past the gelatinous dice no problem, but what would be the point? So he returns back to his friends and reports: "No sign of a...

Re: (04) The Cathedral

Stern points out the oddity to Goldwen, then steps back and defers to her expertise.

Re: (04) The Cathedral

Stern delicately wiggles the arms to test whether they might act as levers? If the arms of the central figure are in a different position than the arms of the big statue, Stern attempts to adjust them so they match. The central figure is likewise dinged and punished; her arms appear cracked, almost...

Re: The Tenth Adventure

Here's another good one. Did you know there used to be a Greenwich Village in Massachusetts? There was a hotel and everything. It all was destroyed (along with a few other neighbouring towns) to create the Quabbin Reservoir. HP Lovecraft alludes to these events in "The Colour Out of Space."...
