Re: Out Of Character

As a side note, I wonder what the ramifications of this encounter will be on those who may still reside in Ket. People you interacted with could be fresh new targets. I wonder what they'll do with the sleeping Guore in our mansion... Hopefully, the mad mage who was creating armored golems downstair...

Re: Out Of Character

The worgs that fled will get back to Ket quickly... and then they'll send out another party of worgs to hunt for us.

We need to get moving immediately, in my opinion.

WAYS - is there a river or stream nearby? Something we can use to throw the worgs off the scent?

Re: Out Of Character

How many of those beans are left? What about super-sizing two or three people to quickly carry everyone to the woods? Or too much of a waste of the beans? Now there's a plan! Although giants move the same rate as Men (12"), they are certainly less impeded by obstacles--including heath--and can...

Re: (053) Moonshine

Dorgan sees the owl, and the coin, and quickly changes his mind.

"I follow the Miss. Let's make for the woods then. Might be wise ta keep moving even after dark."

Re: Out Of Character

re: Guntram's bean... assuming he ate a bean on the first round, then grew to giant size on the second round, he could potentially have scattered the wargs on the third round. The outcome may have been more assured, but I don't think it would have been dramatically different. That aside, I usually ...

Re: Out Of Character

Ways - How far away from the ruined keep are we, and how much daylight do we have left? I definitely think we should make for the Wildwood but we're likely to have at least one more encounter with riders along the way, so we may want to rest in a defensible position, especially if we're going to ro...

Re: (053) Moonshine

Josiane dreams of wyverns. She sees their black, leathery wings flapping dolefully, blotting out the sun. She tries to cry out, to duck aside as a hideous barbed tail draws back to stab, but her every movement is as if she were enveloped in deep, cloying mud. The sting stabs down. She feels her vei...

Re: (053) Moonshine

As soon as it's obvious that the worgs are truly routed and not just playing a game, Dorgan will hook his axe to his belt, dig out his flask, and see if he can provide any succor to the Miss.

Re: (053) Moonshine

Dorgan will watch his companions, and the goblins, to see what happens next. If the worgs come again, he will attack, not defend. Tight is his two-handed grip on Mads Cold Iron Axe . Should there be any break in the action, he'll drop his pack off his shoulders and tell Wen, "If you can find t...
