Dorgan will upend the examination table and use it to "scrape" the ooze away from the exits.

At the very least, it might slow down while trying to digest the entire table.

Dorgan will quickly grab whatever is close by, in a barrel or flask, and toss/splash/pour it at the ooze.

"Wine, vinegar, oil, something here oughta stop this thing from comin' at me."

Dorgan will hook Mads Cold Iron Axe on his belt and take the torch from Wen. He'll apply it to the edge of the puddle of acid and observe the result.

Dorgan doesn't have a torch of his own so he'll look for another to use to curb the strange creature's appetite for footwear. If Olaf has the only torch available, Dorgan will look for something flammable he can wield and light off Olaf's torch.

Dorgan immediately jumps back into the room and examines his boots. If it looks like the acid is still dissolving them, he'll shake them off as quickly as possible. "There's a puddle of acid outside and it's getting bigger. We may wanna get everyone outta here before it stops us from going top...
