Franklin shares with the group an old Hobbet tale about a wizard mouse who made a broom come to life. Fearing it might be enchanted, he does not touch the broom.

1100gp is a lot, but Franlin wants Balbo and Drogo to know they are appreciated. He pays them from his own share of the loot. Having reached max level, Franklin sees no point in hoarding all the wealth for himself.
