There is plenty of broken glass around, but enough of it can be cleared with the pommel of a sword or dagger that a safe hand-hold can be had, and with a bit of a boost from their fellows Olaf and then Ulric clamber through the window arches and into the blackened abbey itself.

Please go to the Heart of Woe thread...

Torben

Torben will heed Ulric's advice and join up with Rufus to ascertain the health of Guntram. (He is on our side of the bridge, right? I can't discern from the text.)

"Think he's fallen over?" Torben asks hurriedly.

Rufus turns back to sees Giant Guntram looking a bit wobbley on his feet for a moment before he suddenly shrinks back down to size and disappears from sight... perhaps he's fallen over?
Rufus calls out ahead to the others Ulric and Olaf to wait up as Guntrum has shrink and dissappeared and needs our help.

Rufus with Torben help goes to collect Guntrum and attempts to help him follow the group with Olaf and Ulric around the back so not to be left behind.

Rufus will keep a good eye out behind for danger.

I guess Olaf misses the call because he's already inside looting and now backing up Gustav.

Gustave has already entered the abbey via the most direct route -- the bridge and side door.

Ulric, Olaf and Armando have likewise entered the abbey, but via the back windows.

{I think Highbough mistakenly posted in this thread. His disembodied voice says something inside the abbey, but only Gustave would have heard it.}

Only Torban, Rufus and Guntram are still here...

Rufus and Torben hurry to where Guntram was last seen -- in the middle of the inner garden -- to find normal sized once more, safe, but fast asleep upon the ground.

Torben

Torben leans down and slaps Guntram around a bit on the face. "Wakey, wakey -- life's at stake-y."

If Guntram isn't thoroughly bewitched or physically exhausted by his recent transformations, Torben and Rufus will make a good effort to drag him along and rejoin the rest of the party.
