As the hour approaches noon, a small bell tinkles from the kitchens, and lo! A great setting of cut fruits, and cold meat is set out upon the make shift table in the dinning hall. There are breads, mustards, relishes, and also scones, with jam and cream, and a great junk of cider with mis-matched mugs, all laid out before you by the Goblins, who scurry back to the kitchen to get out of your way.

"Luncheon is served," intones Bennug, and bows obediently.

While you eat, plans for the afternoon can be chewed over.

If anyone wants to see anything done during the afternoon we can get onto it.

If you prefer to await dinner and then the evening's graveyard expedition, we can fast forward a bit.

"Thanks, Bennug and to the fine cook too."

Olaf sits down and eats.

Guntrum is ready for some action, either in the graveyard or under the house.

"Of course, Sir, nothing could be simpler." replies the Goblin butler with a smile.

He pulls out a notepad and a quill, "If Sirs would make a list of the desired furnishings I will have our friends at the Concourse provision and deliver your chattels."

(OOC: Everyone list what you want, and I will tote up the expenses.)

I've added desks, bookshelves, chests and locks to the price lists.

After eating more than his fill, Ulric rises from his seat.

"If you will all excuse me, I must attend to my studies."

Ulric walks from the dining room and goes up to his room. A few minutes later he calls downstairs.

"Bennug, I require your assistance for a moment."

The butler soon makes his way upstairs and joins Ulric in his room. The door is closed behind him. As short while later Bennug returns to his duties.

OOC: Do the doors to our rooms have locks? If not Ulric will want to have one installed.

Highbough "sleeps" as he always has: seated in the lotus position, atop a decrepit century-old bedroll, surrounded by pentagrams and runes he's drawn with chalk. (If it is cold then he wraps his winter blanket around his shoulders.) As a concession to his advanced age, he will purchase a Pillow (6cp) to cushion his arthritic coccyx; however he will discretely slip the coins to one of his companions rather than deal with the goblins directly.

He spends the afternoon resting and studying, with the intention of having some adventures tonight...
