You can create a Molotov-cocktail type missile if desired.
You'd need to un-stop your oil flask, spill some oil over the flask, ignite it with an open flame, and then cast it up to 3" range.
If targeting a man-type, a direct hit vs AC 7 would ignite him for 1-6 damage per turn for two turns (unless extinguished sooner).
If targetting a ground area, it would cause a splash effect throughout a 10ft square area that would require a save vs. breath weapon to avoid 1-6 points of damage (once only). There might potentially be 2 men within in a 10ft square, or even more smaller types.
