He is sure they must seem him when they gaze around them, squinting their piggy little eyes, but by some miracle they look right through him! They must be as blind as old Men in the day light!
After a moment, the Hobgoblins break up into three groups -- one pair runs off around the outer wall, another pair begin to move cautiously through the gate arch and into the keep, while three more remain close to the wall outside...
