The goblins spill into the room faster than the party can react, but Grampus, Aldbane and Rhod make a good screen, flanked by Serech and Sigurd. Seven goblins are on them, and Serech and Sigurd are faced with two each! Catweazle, Golguldir and their men form a reserve line. The length of Rhod's sword gives him a first attack, but his stroke is hasty. Sigurd gets hacked down at one end of the line, Rhod takes a nasty wound, and Serech gets cut as he tries to hold the other end of the line.
The battle hangs in the balance!
