Didn't we also secure a set of plate armor (from Alistair) and a coat of mail (from Blas)?
Given the otherwise meagre pickings, we shouldn't overlook these! The plate armor especially would be very valuable to a fighter-type.

Lawrence is now wearing the plate, so you have two surplus coats of mail you could sell. That would add 30 gold

Lawrence is at 2 hit points. Does he go back in at 2 hit points, or do you grab another character while he heals?

Is sully going to bring another PC down too?

Alas that Golguldir doesn't have enough gold to replace his sleep scroll... unless others want to contribute to this "noble" cause (possibly selling the two sets of mail?)

If we sold two coats of mail (for 30 gp), and rounded up another 70 gp between us, could Golguldir purchase another sleep scroll from the Wizard Gorthaur?

Serech is willing to add 20g to the pot for another sleep scroll (more, if necessary).

I have assumed you sold the two coats of mail, and added the xp and divided the money between you. Each person gets 86 gold, and Golguldir had 4 gold in his vault, giving him 90 total. If any party members want to chip in to help him afford a scroll, that is fine. Remember, though, it takes a week to make a scroll! That is the whole point of having a stable of characters. Lawrence recuperates, Golguldir works on a scroll, your other PC's step in and adventure.

Sully wants a faster paced game (2 or 3 posts per day) so I have created a separate forum for him to adventure in

brumbar is away for a few days, but I have emailed him asking what he wants to do with Lawrence

Serech will purchase a vial of holy water and some new Iron rations. Will have to wait on that new silver cross. This should run (25gp + 15gp = 40gp) plus the 20gp promised to Golguldir - Serech is down 60gp.

Brumbar is going to let Lawrence recuperate, and send down Grampus his dwarf fighter
