We'll need a name, a race and an alignment before determining your starting languages.

Assuming "Man" for race, you will probably want Gothic and Illiberal as your basic two langs.
With 16 intelligence you will have six additional langs with the first one presumably being literacy. I will dice for the other five based on your alignment.

In terms of starting spells, you will begin play with six spells in a spell book. Two of these spells will be detect magic and read magic; one will be your custom spell; I will dice for the remaining three spells shortly.

I will also permit you to begin with spells scrolls from your starting purse; a 1st level scroll for 50 sp, a 2nd level scroll for 100 sp. Scrolls are one shot.
Chiron is a Lawful human mage.

Gothic, Illiberal, and "literacy" are good choices.

Chiron will purchase a scroll of Charm Person and a scroll of Sleep. 20 sp left over for equipment.

Merias: I have created a goldenrod sheet for you, but I need a gmail to share it with you. See your PMs.

Sully: I have created and shared a goldenrod sheet for Chiron; let me know if you can't view or edit it for some reason.

Flightcommander: I have created and shared a goldenrod sheet for your new PC; let me know if you can't view or edit it for some reason.

Mushgnome: I'm assuming you will continue to use your existing Boggs goldenrod sheet.

Note that I decided to purchase only one scroll, and retain the 50 sp.

My sheet should be complete at this point, minus spells and a HP roll.

If you go with #2, Tonneau, I have a good idea what your character's lucky number should be...

Set two looks like an imperious Tolkien-esque elf to me... :)

Hard to resist # 2 there, and well rounded rolls mean various options...something from left-field perhaps?

Those are some freaky awesome rolls; five out of six considered "high".

You may wish to consider the wisdom of carrying a light... and of reserving some coin for bribes...?

Note also that a bow is not a class weapon for thieves, which means you'll always attack as a man (THAC2 17) with a bow regardless of your actual FC. Dagger and sword are the anointed thief weapons... see the DD5 thief write up here.

Right O.

A beginning thief is officially known as an "Eriff".

Thieves are neutrally aligned (or, insofar as Hinterlands is concerned, non-Lawful), so I'll assume Lemmi is neutral.

With 13 intelligence she knows a total 5 languages. First two will be Illiberal (common) and Gothic (tongue of this Kingdom of Men). From there you have three more which are randomly determined (from the neutral list) to be the following curious combination: Elvish, Caveman, and Minotaur-speak. If you instead wish to choose literacy, then you can replace Minotaur-speak with literacy.

Your beginning hp are: 1d6=5, so 5 hp.
