The makeup of "the party" isn't yet defined. Precedence says players are mostly inclinded toward lawful/neutral, true.
However, it is a time of war in the Hinterlands. War attracts many unscrupulous sorts, and even ordinary Men might find themselves swept up in the mad lawlessness of terrible circumstance. Of course, the genuine
villains will be exploiting and compounding these circumstances their own reasons...
