Lemmi experiences a momentary concern for the mage above; but it is only momentary.

She continues to plunder the hoard.
Lemmi will make sure her backpack is full, and any available nooks and crannies are holding loot before she moves

Boggs would prefer to leave now, but since it looks like his friends want to stay at least one more turn, he will spend it helping Anton to fill his empty large sack with choice jewellery/gem items.

Eyes agleam, Morin dispenses with any sorting and merely stuffs his sack with any and all riches to hand, the better to retreat to safety as soon as possible.

Chiron hisses at the adventurers in the pit, barely loud enough for them to hear.

The dragon's mate returns! Flee now!

Chiron himself exits the room in haste and returns to the boat room. There, he draws his dagger and begins to pry the dead dragon's teeth out of its mouth.

When Walfried hears Chiron's hissed warning, he stops grabbing gold, and moves at top speed up the stairs & out the door he most recently came in through.

Boggs makes a run for it, and urges Anton to do the same! He follows his friends in the direction of the boat room.

when Lemmi first entered the "nest" I posted this:
waysoftheearth wrote:The dragon room

Lemmi skips down the 1ft wide stair with consumate ease, leaping the last three steps to land silently on the cool, stone floor. For a moment she is a shadow; not even the blue starlight touches her.

The stink of the wyrm cloaks the whole of this pit; its nest is a stall-sized pile of coins riddled with shiny curiosities the like of which Lemmi has only ever dreamed. Around it upon the walls stand perhaps a dozen clunky old armored suits in a wanton disorder. Between them, the rear-most part of her mind registers, are four dark passages leading out of this place at diametric poles of the chamber. For now though, all she can see is treasure...
To reiterate: At the bottom of a 40ft deep pit is an octagonal "nest" room containing the dragon's hoard. There are a number of tunnels leading off to who knows where.

Additionally, there is a 1-2ft wide, precarious stair which ascends back up to the "lair" room; crawling around the entire circumference of the pit wall.

So when a dragon threatens to drop in from above... would one dash 20-30ft for the cover of the nearest side tunnel? Or run 20-30ft to the base of the stair and from there proceed to clamber up a 120ft of steep, single file, stair directly toward, and completely exposed to, an oncoming dragon? Hmmm...

Upon a moment's reflection ...

Morin flees into a side tunnel, ideally either one towards the "south" (ie, back towards the direction of the boat room) or one towards the "west" (ie, opposite the doorway through which the party first entered the octagonal chamber). If he can see another member of the party, he will follow them or encourage them to follow.
Thanks for clarifying, Ways.

As his foot touches the first stair, a flash of divine inspiration suggests a new course to Brother Walfried, and he changes his course, following Morin into the side tunnel.
