Should the Parallel Company consider a Caller? Might make things run a little smoother with all the PCs and NPCs we have.

I think that would be a good idea.
How does a caller interact with Boggs' hirelings? Can commands from the caller automatically be relayed to the men-at-arms through Boggs?

Please treat the Bright Lion Company as a communal party resource. Boggs is open to the idea of a more charismatic party member acting as "war leader" or caller. He's no fighter, and it might increase the NPCs' loyalty to know this mission is more than the half-baked idea of a stubborn gully-dwarf.

Officially, the Bright Lions are loyal to Boggs alone; he personally bought their loyalty with his own cold, hard coin.
He may legitimately appoint one lieutenant (due to his low charisma) who is able to rely his orders. Typically, I think this would be another NPC in his employ, but it could also be another player willing to declare himself Boggs' vassal. Loyalty is basically a miniature feudal system. The whole chain of command is ultimately rooted in Boggs' personal charisma, however.
Could this be the beginning of
Lord Boggs??

It's really nice to see all of the gaming activity on Immersive Ink lately. :
Just thought I'd throw that out there.
