This is the haul of a lifetime! If it wasn't for the fact that there's no city nearby to retire to, I'd say all of the PCs left standing were set for life!

Zem dumps out 12 more torches and 5 days worth of food and begins filling his backpack with gold (25 pounds = 500GP worth of space, IF there is less gold then that then fill with silver). Having no bag he would stash a unlit torch in his shield hand and get ready to move out. -- EDITED
I still have 5 days of food and the 1 torch, if anyone wants the extra 5 days of food or torches have at it. But seriously gold :) I'm a dwarf

Aye, but we still gotta get out of the dungeon...

Maybe after this run, we can work on an underground assault on Ket? Rumor has it there are some entrances into the city tunnels from the craige below...

I know a dwarf who'd love to help. He's just sitting around in a monastery on the outskirts of town...

Alas, passing the medusa ring over the cool figure does naught to rouse his former companion...
"Well, that didn't work."Freid says to the statue, "I was hoping it would, but you know it was a long shot. If we can figure out how to bring you back, we'll come back and do it."

Freid pats the statue on the shoulder, takes off the ring slipping it in his pocket, and returns to the treasure room,"I've got 10 days of rations and 7 more torches. I'm not dropping the food or water, nor the torches for now."

He'll quickly sort through the treasure looking for high value, low weight, items filling his pack and any sacks he has or can get from the others. Then he'll want to move along.

"It's dangerous to stay here long." Freid says, "There could be more of those Medusa around or other creatures. We need to move!"

Karl will load up on as much of the loot as he can carry, without slowing his comrades. All for one and one for all, eh?
Karl has a strength of 16. Even wounded, he can still carry quite a lot, right?

Freid should take the silvery chain mail armour. I don't know what he has for armour currently, but his character sheet doesn't have anything. If he doesn't take it, someone needs to. We aren't leaving it behind.

Zem would be interested in the armor, chain mail is just his speed.

Freid looks at the silvery chain mail and if it looks like it will fit he will take it.

"I've been too poor to have any sort of armor to protect me." Freid says,"Maybe this will help."
Manfreid has a helmet and shield, but no armor. He was too poor when we began to buy any and we haven't found any he could wear until now.

^^ Works for me, no armor is not optimal :0 unless you are an elf.
