Dopey finds a place in the middle of the marching order, next to someone with a torch if possible.

The hobbet recovers the goblin ledger from his pack, and will do his best to map the tunnels as the party travels.

Should constitution bonuses be added to HD in the stat line?

That is an interesting question. I don't think con adjustment to hp is intended to impact a figure's HD stat, because this impacts the figure's fighting capability in normal combat. From this perspective, con adj probably shouldn't be added to HD. On the other hand, it will be convenient to have any hp adj handy when determining hp. From this perspective, con adj probably should be added to the HD stat.

Perhaps the compromise solution would be to append any con adj to hp as a separate plus at the end of your HD stat? I.e., a veteran has 1+2 HD; if he also has a +1 hp adjustment due to con, his HD stat could become: 1+2+1. Does that work, or is it too confusing?

I am fine with the marching order and I think adding CON bonuses to the stat line is getting too confusing.

Hit points are rolled so seldomly and calculating fighting HD so frequently that it seems just listing the HD is the prudent course of action. Con bonuses can be determined easily enough when it comes time to reroll HP.

Zax chews momentarily on his moustache, then proceeds into the chamber

Dopey the Hobbet must have been overlooked (so easy to do!), but he's right there behind The Herald, with quill and scroll in hand.

Leudigar follows the gnome into the room, sword and dagger drawn.

Put Zem in front of Dopey

"Oi, Don't forget me!" grumbles Zem the Dwarf, pushing ahead of Dopey in the marching order just as Zax strides into the room ahead...
