A few sleepy heads are rolling and muttering under their blankets, but Padrig, satisfied for now that the disturbance must have been caused by rodents, goes to close the door...

(1d6=5)

...but as he pushes it to, he feels a small weight splash upon his fore-arm. He looks to it just as another drip of something falls by him to land upon the floor. Padrig looks up -- the ill drip upon his arm already hissing and smouldering on his thick, hide carapace -- just in time to see a dark slimy mass dropping toward him from the ceiling!

(1d20=17)

Padrig is not hasty enough by half, and the foul blanket of ooze drops upon him as he falls back, leaving a stringy, viscous smear upon his armour and exposed flesh that immediately burns and sizzles for (1dd=3) 3 hit points of damage.

Padrig has 1 of 5 hit points remaining, and his hide carapace his sizzling with corrosive slime!

Padrig, Thorgrim and Andaros can act normally next round.
Mads and Pellenwin can rouse.
Everyone else is still asleep.

Your intentions please?

Padrig gets away from the creature in retract/defense and yells, "Wake up, we are under attack from acid ooze creature".
If able he will pour water/liquid on the acid on him to stop it burning.

"Burn it, don't let it touch you", shouts Padrig.

Andaros hits the stone floor with his mace, trying to wake up the others with the sound of clanging metal.

"Somethings attacking us, to arms!" he says loudly, but not shouting.

Andaros tries to swing his mace at the slimy thing, hitting it horizontally, avoiding to crush both the thing and Padrig at the same time. He does this while inciting Thorgrim to attack too.

Thorgrim doesn't take much enticing. The Dwarf gives a deep chesty rumble as he steps up to pummel the motile pool of slime with his mighty war-hammer while Padrig recoils, yelling warnings as his armour hisses and steams.

Andaros crunches the floor with his mace, awaking the others who weren't already roused as Thorgim brings his great hammer down (1d20=8), but the slime pool seems to dissipate around his blow! Andaros leaps in behind, and with Padrig already clear has no risk of harming him -- the thing seems now to be partly oozing back under the door. Andaros strikes with his mace (1d20=10) smashing whatever it is fair and center (2dd=5,1) for 6 hit points, but when he pulls his mace back, he pulls back thick ropes of dark slime with it, and the steely weapon is already hissing and steaming violently!

The slimy thing whips out a pseudopod arm at (1-3 Thorgrim, 4-6 Andaros; 1d6=3) Thorgrim (1d20=13) punching him in the chest with spear-like force, dealing (1dd=4) 4 hit points of pummeling damage and smearing the Dwarf's beard and gambeson with a foul slime that immediately begins to scald the padded garment and burn away his beard!

"Noooooooo!" howls Thorgrim!

So, no roast beef for Dieter...

In that case, Dieter will arise and take up his sword and shield (armor takes too long to put on) and stand ready to fight.
