Padrig in The Temple of Thuul, will start copying this 3 scroll spells into his spell book using Celestial script
(x1) The Fiat Libation
(x1) The Irreproachable Susurrus
(x1) The Shill Feroe
Tomorrow after his first spell is done, he will go check the rest of the party at the The Plow and Furrow and let them know how long he needs. Padrig will also get his share of the treasure so he can buy the stuff he needs. If Padrig has time he will create some more scrolls from his spell book, to aid the party when we venture out again.

Mads informs the rest of the group of the southern raiders and the fears of the cattle farmers. "If the raiders use the roads, this Simon the Humble clearly sounds like a scout sent to clear the path--if both rumors are true."
Of course most of the party know full well the story of Simon the Humble and the army One Eyed Jack is supposedly marching in from the west...

All the company, excusing Padrig and Flewellen, gather in the tiny confines of a four bunk room at master Albert's Plow and Furrow. It is a squeeze, but you all cramp in a close the door with just enough elbow room to scrutinize the loot.

From your long morning of information gathering, it seems clear that (aside from Rodrick's spell book) there are two main prizes; the white gold ring, and the brass scepter.

The rest of the coins, gemstones and artifacts should be easy to divide evenly...

"Do you feel any different when you wear it?" he asks. "Is it possible that it's magic?"
Gustave feels rather pleased that everyone is looking admiringly at him, but other than that, cannot truthfully report any effect, magical or otherwise.

Padrig; The Temple of Thuul

Padrig seats himself at the cramped writing desk and clears his mind before embarking upon the exacting task of copying The Fiat Libation into The Elysian Mecum in the Celestial script.

It has been many days since Padrig wielded the quill rather than the sword and he soon finds himself struggling with the intricate calligraphy (1d6=1).

After the first hour, his progress is painfully slow but Padrig persists with his pen craft. But when afternoon if beginning to fade into evening (1d6=2) Padrig's labourious task is far from done and his hand is aching with cramps and stained with ink spills.

By now he has discarded a number of unfavourable quills and inked many characters on practice sheets before committing them to his precious spell book. Still he persists and at last (1d6=5), when the sun has long set Padrig beholds the completed copy of his spell by the feeble glow of several scented candles.

This work has taken him 8 hours, and consumed (16d6=63cp) 10 silver shillings and 3 copper pennies worth of precious inks, papers, waxes, sands, quills and illuminating foils -- almost all of the supplies that the Temple of Thuul had provided him.

If Padrig wishes to proceed further with his writing, he will first need to secure more supplies...

Happy to complete the first spell Padrig sits back, thinking, "now I have the hang of it the next two will be easier". Padrig will rest the remainder of the night and in the morning will go meet the party in the Plow and Furrow to receive his share of the treasure. Then go buy the items he needs to complete the task for the next two spells. Before he leaves he will find out from the knights in the temple the best place to purchase the materials required.
