Aldbane opens the smaller box.

"Let us depart this place and head north," opines Wiglaff, who plainly finds the boxes inexplicably disturbing.

What about the crossbow bolts?

Maloof tries to avoid stepping on the bolts.

Wiglaff stops short when he turns around and sees the crossbow bolts again.

"Maybe the bolts go in the boxes?" he mutters.

He will take one bolt from the pile, holding it gingerly, and if it doesn't do anything unusual when he picks it up, he stows it away for later inspection.

Then, following Maloof's example and skirting the pile of bolts as best we can, let's go north.

So you stash one bolt, leave the other 11 behind, and head north up the corridor?

50 feet north of this door is another door on teh west wall. The corridor continues north past it

Sorry, I was unclear. Wiglaff takes one bolt and stashes it in his pack.
