3100 +12100= 15200/7 = 2171 xp each
5% bonus = 2280 xp
10% bonus = 2388 xp

Gold = 12100/7 = 1728 each

Wiglaff levels up to lvl 3 fighter
Wiglaff's hits increase to 14
POIS and WAND resists get better by 1
His chance to hit gets better by 1
Gold, 2660 + 1728 = 4388 gp

Grampus, 7519 xp + 2388 xp = 9907 xp
Grampus levels up to lvl 4 fighter
His hitpoints increase to 18
Grampus now adds +1 to morale checks of any troops he leads in combat, and he will not be targeted by normal-types while there are normal targets available
His chance to hit gets better by 1
Grampus' three dwarf henchemen increase to level 2!

Can Rhod's sword Detect Magic at will? If so, there's really no need for Maloof to memorise that spell.

I'm thinking about stocking up on more Holy Water before the next delve. Can anyone think of anything else we might need?

I'm thinking of upgrading Franklin's armor to plate & shield, for the sake of extra survivability. The downside is that he would become less useful as a sneaky scout. Any objections?
