That said, if I die but you don't I'll haunt you", whispers Vesh to Wiglaff especially. He does not look happy at this turn of events. [inner dialogue - bloody Elves... are they all so foolhardy? Perhaps.Hopefully I'll live long enough to find out.]

Franklin says, "I would consider a plan that involves pelting it with sling stones from a safe distance, but there's no way I'm going to fight that thing in melee."

"I am not up for fighting a dragon today, or any day," Aldbane says. "Let us continue on."

Shouldn’t we find out more about it. I bet the lever opens the grate so we could go in.

Sounds like we're mostly against.

Rhod will sigh at possibilities unmet, but continue on with the party.

"Very well," whispers Wiglaff. "Let's just keep a careful ear on our backtrail, in case someone sneaks around and unleashes this creature behind us!"

I think: Wiglaff, Franklin, & Sconces go west to the t-junction to look left & right.

You head to te end and look south. It goes 10 feet to a dead end. Looking north it goes 20 feet, then turns left in the 30 foot section
