"Catweazle!" exclaims Wiglaff happily. "So good to see you back, especially as I've expended my spell for the day. Welcome! We're just about to go through this door here."

He points to the southern corridor and the door at the end of it.

Instead of heading west, you head south. At the door to the south Sconces starts growling. From behind it you hear some loud shrieking, like birds perhaps?

"Hi Catweazle, I am Franklin," says the little halfling. "Um, this door seems really scary! I don't like those sounds. I'm not going first."

"Well," whispers Wiglaff to the rest of the group, "We could try the west door instead."

Maloof shrugs, "Alright, west then." However, he keeps watch on the south door until it's out of sight, in case the occupants emerge.

The west door opens onto a corridor that goes 40' to a door. On the 20' section of the south wall, a corridor heads south

Move ahead and peek down the south corridor.

It goes 40' to a door. On the north wall, just where he is standing, he starts to hear a frantic tapping noise, maybe a foot from the floor. This then starts a clawing and moaning noise at the west door

Wiglaff points to the noisy door, motions for the party to join him, and then gets down to check the wall where we first heard the noise. Is there any kind of opening? Is it a stone wall? Was the noise coming from behind the wall?

Wiglaff's elvish senses realise that there is a secret door right where the tapping is coming from. There is probably some sort of nook or cranny or something to push to open it
