Marching order for start of Delve - post any revisions

Grampus and Rhod, the two level 2 fighters, make up the front

However, I am going to have Wiglaff, Franklin and Sconces 30 feet ahead when travelling. Once an encounter happens, or they are getting ready to open doors, they will resume their place deeper in the party

[Rhod F2] [Grampus Dw2]
[Aldbane C2] [Ori hench]
[Wiglaff E1] [Maloof C2]
[Marco foot] [Edgar lantern]
[Vesh Mu1] [Aiden torch]
[Mona foot] [Nori hench]
[Phillippe porter] [Franklin H1]+[Sconces dog]
[Wodan hench] [Dori hench]

The party has rested, healed, regained spells, restocked, etc and is ready to go. The door is opened into the dungeon, and the party descends to the now well-known opening chamber. All is quiet

The marching arrangements & scouting procedure sound good. Wiglaff is ready.

"Let's proceed to the great hall below & see if that snake beast had gathered a hoard!"

The usual route: down the southern corridor, greeting the gods/goddesses. Round the corner, then north by the smaller corridor to the room with the stairs (room 24 on my map).

Grampus agrees, "Let's head down! I like the smell of the underground!"

"A fine plan," Aldbane agrees.

You meet no trouble as you march along on the first level towards the stairs. AT the top of the stairs, Sconces starts to whine and shrink bacxk

Franklin says, "Hold up, Sconces smells something!" He lets his combat-oriented friends move to the front rank (battle formation).

Stepping momentarily out of formation, Wiglaff removes his helmet & moves to the top of the stairs. He motions everyone to quiet, and spends a moment listening for any sound from down below.

Grampus looks away as he breaks the silence and the wind with a loud fart......
