"Thanks Albane, I'll pay you back from my cut from our next haul. If I add the 11gp you are lending me to my gold & silver, I can cover myself, Young Aiden, Mona & Marco. Please remind me when we split our findings Albane. Vesh is relieved by Albane's kind offer.

[Vesh makes a mental note to save out at least 40gp in reserve for future delves into 2nd level from his future cuts after his debt to Albane is payed back in full.]

"We're the Hole-in-the-World gang. We make our living off the tolls. Once we get 5000 gold we can buy our freedom from the dungeon"

Aldbane digs into his pouch and produces two agates, presenting them to the fighters.

"Surely these rare and valuable gems will more than cover the toll for our group. Here, I have one for each of you," he says.
No idea how much those are worth - but Aldbane has had them in his pouch forever, so it's worth a try!

"That sounds fair. Just drop them on the ground, then we'll let you through." Assuming Aldbane does that, they back against a wall and give you a clear passage down

As they descend, Wiglaff harnesses his battle-axe on his back & readies his short bow. He signals for Edgar to hold the lantern high.

To be clear, is this battle order then, or sending Wiglaff, Franklin and the dog ahead?
