Rhod wants to buy lanterns and oil, as well as more arrows. More rope, too. Basic dungeoneering supplies really. I'll get you a fuller list later.

Looking at the map, it seems Wiglaff wants to head straight to room 28, wedge in his timber, tie a rope around the staff, and pull it out. Them, I guess you decide where to go next

We have a marching order, so if people want to fill in their purchases later, no reason we couldn't get started

About scouting ahead...Light source! If you have one, your pseudo-invisibility will be ruined. If you don't have one, you can't see.


I did some experimenting with dark corridors and light sources, and came up with the following rule that is actually a bit generous: you can go up to 30 feet from the light source, and see another 30 feet dimly, but not likely to notice much except movement and large shapes. The dog may help in sensing stuff

I am going to make the dog a 1 HD animal, as he is there for snooping, hunting, pointing, not a fearsome 2 HD guard dog.

One more question on this thread: what's the description of the room where Grampus & his team killed the 3 goblin holdouts? I never filled it in on the map.

A featureless 20x20 room, with the extra 10 feet going west
