The main piece of equipment would be a stout timber.

If we can find a screw jack, we'd have the timber cut to a length where we could put the timber on top of the jack, between the floor & ceiling next to the staff, then raise the jack till it's snug.

Without the jack, we'd just cut the timber to about the height of the staff, and just manually wedge it in next to the staff.

Once either of the above is done, tie a rope to the lower end of the staff, and pull hard & fast to drag it out into the hallway.

We're adding:

Franklin Took & Sconces
Wodan (footman)
Phillippe (porter)

And I assume we're losing Francis & Georges (since they were hired by Serech & Golgildur).

You can get a baulk of timber cut to six feet for about 10 gp

The cloak is an elven cloak. When worn, it makes you hard to notice until you interact with someone, or come very close to them

Wow, great find. It should go to someone who can use it, however. Maybe the new Halfling if none of the existing PCs want it?

Albane will stick with CLW for now. 155gp deducted.

Their personal Marching order is as follows.
Marco
Vesh
Aiden torch
Mona

If they are to be in the middle or at the back of the overall marching order it is up to the group. BTW both Marco & Mona will give Aiden priority for defense unless Vesh is casting his spell.
