The doors have already been opened. Inside is a 20 x 30' room, heading south. Against the far wall are two mouldy sofas

There are no visible exits from this room, other than the ones we came in?

Rhod stays well away from the sofas. Sure, there may be loot to be had, but he's had bad experiences with mold before...

The sofas are heavy, but can be moved. They are pushed around, and the room is searched, but it yields no more secrets. The mold on the couches is just normal mode, and you find nothing stuffed in its cushions
