Are there any other exits to the Invisible Stalker room?

Het will walk over to the other door and listen at it.

Het starts to walk across the room, and about halfway across he gets a searing pain stab into his foot. He has time for one shriek before he dies, and as he falls onto the floor Oldtin sees a fist-sized caltrop sticking out of his foot. He falls on to other caltrops, gouging his face and body. Except for the devices sticking out of his body, Oldtin can see no other caltrops on the floor.

The others hear the shriek. As if this is a signal, Blas laughs, says a few words, and the room goes completely dark, extinguishing all torches!

MECHANICS
(some hidden mechanics here)
Caltrop does 2 damage to Hetwhistle, who falls to -1 hp and dies.

WOUNDS
Hetwhistle: -1/7 DEAD

Oldtin will wait for his Dwarven eyes to adjust to the darkness - if they do not he will assume the darkness is magical and will crouch, spear ready, pointed in the direction of Blas.

Oldtin is actually unaffected, as the lights that were doused were held by Goldguldir's mercs, who are in a different room. Oldtin can still see by the light of Het's torch, lying on the ground 20 feet away (of course, to the south of him is dark beyond about 5 feet)

| Mako, can you please explain where people were posititioned just prior to Blas turning coat? And especially (from Golguldir's perspective), where Blas was relative to Golguldir and his men?

This also raises the interesting question of whether colour spray can or cannot penetrate magical darkness? |

"Find a wall and put your back to it! All quiet and we can hear him move. Yell if you find him"

Serech will move to get his back to a wall and crouch down with shield up, listening for that psycho cleric. He has his hammer in his other hand.

I will do my best, because I have had troubles figuring this out despite repeated requests.

Het - out of sight two rooms away
Oldtin - out of sight in the checkerboard room.
(Gunther) - with Oldtin
Lawrence - in the mirror room
Serech - ?? (placed him in the mirror room)
Golguldir (and henchies) - just inside mirror room, near door to sawdust room

Rhod - sawdust room, watching exit door to corridor

BLAS - in the mirror room, close to Golguldir and henchies

re: Color Spray. I would argue that Light cancels Darkness. I will rule that Color Spray will pierce the Darkness, and have its effect, but not dispel the Darkness, thus after having been cast, Darkness will still be in effect.

I will also give all a +2 Save vs Spells as the magical Darkness dampens the effect
