"Let's finish them off while they're sleeping," suggests Urist. "Shields up, in case it's a trap!"

Rhegaer advances cautiously, spear raised to strike.

If they meet no resistance, he begins finishing off the sleeping orcs as quickly as possible.

Alrik hangs back while the others attend to the orcs, once he deems it safe he will advance and survey the scene.

Faeraidel, coldly impassive, puts her dagger to work dispatching the slumbering orcs.

Dwarf, Elf Maid and Warrior make their way over the barricade and proceed to "dispatch" the sleeping Orcs. It's a brutal business that is, thankfully, soon over. The three stand in a stone corridor running North-South ahead some 40 feet, by the dim light, they can see opening on their left (West). Phadian, Alrik and Shoul are still on the other side of the barricade. In the quiet of the underground you can hear yet more echoes of crude voices ahead.

Options? Actions?

Urist points out the obvious: "Orcs!" The dwarf makes a quick appraisal of the barricade's construction, to determine whether the party can use it as cover while making missile attacks against attackers from the north. If so, then he will suggest, "Let's fall back to the others and put this barricade between us and the orcs! I am a fair shot with a sling-stone and think I can brain a few of them before they overrun us."

OOC: Are the sounds getting closer? Or staying about the same?

About the same, given the time frame of a minute or so.

Phadian

Phadian is impressed yet again by the power of one magic spell, he hangs back while the orcs are sent to their maker by the group.

Alrik is still on the other side of the barricade, but he nods his assent at Urist's plan.
