Maloof returns back to collect his companions and urges them to head north. He will then head north as far as he is able, stopping if he notices the flute getting quieter again.

Maloof is a bit wary about those tapestries, so first he'll try north for about 30 feet (keeping to the east wall), then if nothing is detected he'll try south for 30 feet (keeping to the east wall). Assuming he is still un-polymorphed, he will listen at the eastern door and if nothing is heard he will carefully open the door. If no immediate threats are spotted, he will remove his ring of invisibility and wave the party forward.
