Maloof will cautiously move the planks (lifting from one of the extreme ends rather than the middle) to see if they are covering a hole in the floor.

Maloof will return to report his findings. He's ready to follow Aldbane into whichever of the two rooms he chooses to investigate first (the darker northern room inside which Maloof couldn't see much, or the white-painted southern room).

Unless anyone wants to further investigate either of the two rooms, Maloof will move through the westernmost door on the south wall and look around the corner where the corridor turns west.

Yes, just enough to peek through. If a door proves stubborn, he'll leave it and move on to the next one instead.

Maloof turns invisible and heads east (keeping to the north wall) until he reaches the first exit on the east wall. He pauses to look through, and (if he sees nothing threatening) continues on likewise to the next exit and so forth until he either sees something threatening or he has looked through ...

Maloof will concentrate his efforts on moving so as to keep away from the blob. If he can shoot a quarrel at the blob while doing so, he will, but his primary goal is to not come in contact with it!

Since it's slow-moving, Maloof will not descend the ladder (yet) and instead call for Naillus to ascend.

Maloof has no way of combatting this thing, he immediately beats a hasty retreat back down the ladder!

Maloof will leave the lantern in the room and return down the ladder to explain the situation to the others and suggest we explore the room above. If the others agree, he'll return back up the ladder and begin exploring the room (heading east/clockwise, following the wall on his left). If the other...
